Claire Harbron is CIFF’s Budget Analyst, and a member of the Finance and Operations Team. Claire has responsibility for conducting financial due diligence on grantee budgets, prior to investment approval. In addition, Claire focuses upon adding value to CIFF’s grantees by working with them to strengthen their financial and operational controls. Prior to joining CIFF Claire worked as an Assurance Manager for Ernst and Young where she gained experience in managing large assurance and internal control engagements for a variety of listed and private companies. Previously, she has also worked for the Ernst and Young Business Advisory group where she specialised in the health sector, working on transformation projects for NHS trusts across the UK. Claire received her Master of Arts in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University and is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
