Damali Ssali is responsible for the operational management of the CIFF Finance Function. Prior to joining CIFF, Damali was a Finance Manager to KIDS, a national charity for children with disabilities coming from marginalised families in England. At KIDS, she managed a portfolio of over £10 million, and her major accomplishments included streamlining the financial system to reflect the charity’s goals and ensure that all the actors understood the financial system. Her prior experience also includes a position as a Finance Officer to a Commercial Public Limited Company. She is a Certified Accountant and a Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
