Shikha Goyal is an Investment Manager at CIFF and is responsible for identifying and developing opportunities to improve basic literacy and numeracy. Prior to joining CIFF, Shikha worked as a strategy consultant at Accenture where she supported organisations on mergers and divestitures, regulatory strategy, market entry and policy development projects. Shikha began her career working for Avon Meters in India where she helped to develop and launch the company’s first electronic meter to measure domestic electricity consumption. She has also worked briefly at Citi Bank in the UK. Shikha has an M.B.A. from INSEAD and a B.S. in Electronics and Electrical Communications from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology, India.
