Phyllis Kurlander Costanza

Phyllis Kurlander Costanza served as Executive Director, Strategy Implementation for CIFF and as a member of the CIFF US Board of Trustees. She now oversees business planning, staffing expansion and communications, and also manages CIFF programmes in India. Previously, she worked for 15 years as a management consultant advising clients in both health care and non-profit arenas. Phyllis also worked in the public sector as the Manhattan Representative for New York State Governor Mario Cuomo, advising on policy and politics in Manhattan. She received a Masters in Public Policy from Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government and a Bachelor of Philosophy degree from Miami University (Ohio).
