“
Of the many great things about working at CIFF, two stand out for me. The first is being able to play a small part in meaningful work that directly improves the lives of children, today and in the future. The second is the people; I feel lucky to work together and learn from both the brilliant colleagues across our various offices, and our external partners, from co-funders to local organisations. We are all committed to finding impactful, long-lasting solutions to some of humanity’s most complex challenges.”

“
I feel exceptionally fortunate to work at CIFF – at any time, and particularly in this moment for Africa. It is not every day that one’s work enables one to truly feel like an agent of change, surrounded by likeminded, motivated people. It is deeply fulfilling to interact daily with experienced and committed colleagues within CIFF and our external partners to drive longstanding change. At CIFF, I have got to see the systemic challenges that make our work both difficult and necessary, and have been able to act, together with our government, funding, and implementation partners, to design and implement solutions that seek to improve the lives of children not just today, but for generations to come.
